Set of 2 Cast Metal Leaves Napkin Rings
Set of two textured leaf napkin rings, one a single leaf, the other a triple. The leaves are cast from models I sculpted and soldered to a brass ring, then both are plated with 22 karat gold. Than an antique finish is applied to make a slightly darker, warmer gold color. The single leaf is 2 1/4 inches long, triple leaves 3 inches long, the ring is 1 3/4 inches. Signed with my logo on the back.

Rustic autumn leafs sugar coated effect ceramic napkin holders
These napkin rings were cut from a slab of red earthenware clay (similar to terracotta) and then I have stamped two different leaf motifs. When in greenware stage, black engobe was painted onto to accentuate little leaves. After that the pieces were biscuit fired and later glazed with clear matte non toxic glaze and fired again at 980'C. I just love that matte glaze which gives my red ceramic pieces a salty or frosty look. Since they are all handmade from slabs, they differ a bit one from another which gives even more charm. Clean with the damp cloth. Each ring is about 5 cm (2'') in diameter and 4 cm (1.6'') wide. 11
