Give Thanks Straw Bale Arrangement with Orange and Pink Silk Flowers
Fall is the time of year that farmers harvest their straw. I was walking through my neighborhood craft store and saw miniature straw bales for sale. This bale became the base for my arrangement. I added a scarecrow and a wooden pumpkin plaque that says Give Thanks. Autumn is the time of year when the "Old Country" gave thanks for the harvest. I filled in the arrangement with silk flowers in shades of orange with a pop of pink flowers. I also added a pumpkin, acorns, pine cones, and miniature cobs of corn. The dimensions of this arrangement are approximately 15" x 22" x 8"
Lighted Wood Pumpkin Crate
This wood crate (6" L x 4"H x 7"D) has an old fashioned pumpkin label gracing both front and back. It's filled with sparkly autumn berries, leaves, pumpkins, pine cones and even a feather! All in assorted colors of white, brown, gold, light and bright orange. The scarecrow in the center; color coordinates with the color scheme. Interwoven throughout is the LED battery (batteries included) Light string that adds a subtle glow. Best of all; the on/off battery pack is located under the leaves in the back on top of the crate. Scarecrow/Autumn Ribbon Topiary Table Centerpiece
Fall/Thanksgiving table centerpiece. This guy stands 17" tall as is and about 9" wide. It can be made taller or shorter depending on how far raised or lowered you want the scarecrow (he's on a stake that can be raised or lowered). The topiary features 8 different autumn themed ribbons and 5 glittery pumpkins. I am also working a girl scarecrow version that will be posted soon, they'll be similar enough to match if you wanted a "matching" pair but still unique on their own.
