Faux maple leaves in vivid shades of red, orange, and dark green are paired with berries and sprigs of faux wheat to create a traditional and “New England” look. An orange plaque provides the warm “Welcome.” A burlap shaped pumpkin cutout sits at the bottom of the wreath with glittered image of a traditional Thanksgiving cornucopia. It seems impossible to be looking outside at the beautiful blooming flowers of summer and working on fall items, but fall is but a short step away and in the clothing and decorating world, it is here. I do love the fall colors and I found some lovely new sprays this year that add a new dimension or element to this wreath. It gives it "zip"....if it is a little too much "zip" for your liking, you can always trim the tails of the spray a bit to make them shorter and more tailored, The base for this wreath is a 16" straw, but with the decorations extending, you would need a space about 23x18. I've used all the beautiful oranges and golds of the fall, the token scarecrow to watch over the season, and a big burlap bow.

This fall straw wreath is wrapped in a sheer ribbon with pumpkins and accented with two bows of the same ribbon. A cluster of orange mums and eucalyptus surround one of the bows.
