Pilgrim hat, Thanksgiving
This would make a nice centerpiece for your Thanksgiving table. Cut from 3/4" wood, there are two 3/4" brims. One side is screwed in and the other is dowel rodded. It measures 8 1/2" tall, 11 1/2" long and 5" wide but with the leaves sticking out it's 8 1/2". Handpainted with acrylic paints and varnished with a satin varnish. This hat has Spanish moss on the brims. Fall leaves, silk flowers, pumpkin, squash, some berries that look like they have sugar on them. There's an ear of corn. I have a purplish feather on the other end. These are almost identical on both sides.
Pilgrim Couple, Centerpiece
A Thanksgiving centerpiece or something for the mantle. They are cut from 3/4" pine and the arms, sign and basket are cut from 1/4" birch plywood. They sit on a stained 3/4" wodd base. The whole piece measures 10" high and the base is 8 1/4" long and 3 1/8" wide. Handpainted with acrylic paints and varnished with a satin varnish. All pieces are wired on. Pumpkins, flowers, pinecones and silk leaves were used for decoration.

This is a three piece set. All pieces are cut from 3/4" pine wood. The boy is 6" tall. The girl 5 3/4" tall. The turkey is 4 1/2" tall. All have hearts for feet/bases. Handpainted with acrylic paints and varnished with a satin varnish.

All wood is rough cut kiln dried pine; 1 inch for the main bodies and accented with 5/16 or 1/4 inch pine for stars, brims, and noses etc. It has small knots and grain which give our crafts a rustic look when sanded and stained. Each item is cut, painted, sanded, and then antiqued with stain/sealer. Lisa hand paints the faces and lettering and then digs through her endless supply of fabric, grapevine, rusty stars, rusty bells, pinecones, broomcorn, buttons, wire and anything else she comes up with, to put her final touches on each craft. Our standing pilgrims are perfect for the mantle or a shelf. They are 23.5 tall boy 22 inches tall girl and both about 4 inches wide. Mix and match a pair for less.

Thanksgiving Friends
This is a four piece free standing table top item for Thanksgiving. It features a boy and girl Pilgrim dressed in blue and white. The boys name is Zachary and he is holding a red apple. Her name is Faith and she is holding a bunch of grapes, and her apron has oak leaves painted on it. There hands and the items they are holding have been glued on separately as were there feet. The little Native American boy's name is Little Chief and he is holding a string with two fish hanging from it in one hand and holding corn in the other hand which has been glued on separately. Her name is Red Feather and she is holding a gourd in her hand, she has long black braids that have a bow made of jute attached to them. There feet are also glued on separately. Their outfits are a brown color with stripes of coral and blue. They each have a blue and coral feather glued to the back of their heads. They have been made from 3/8", 3/4", 1/4" and 1/8" wood cut with a scroll saw and have a satin finish on them.

The boy 10 3/4" h x 6 1/2" w is dressed in a brown outfit and black hat. His arms and the turkey he is holding was cut from 1/4" wood. The other is a green flower pot with a turkey sitting among green leaves. They have a satin finish.

This carving is from my American Heroes Collection. The carving is of Myles Standish. He was an English military officer hired by the Pilgrims as military advisor for Plymouth Colony. One of the Mayflower passengers, Standish played a leading role in the administration and defense of Plymouth Colony from its inception.[2] On February 17, 1621, the Plymouth Colony militia elected him as its first commander and continued to re-elect him to that position for the remainder of his life.[3] Standish served as an agent of Plymouth Colony in England, as assistant governor, and as treasurer of Plymouth Colony.[4] He was also one of the first settlers and founders of the town of Duxbury, Mass . He lived from 1584-1656. My Sillie carving represents him with a harvest feast which we now consider Thanksgiving. All carvings are about 7-8 inches high and 3-4 inches wide. They are carved from bass wood. They have a depth of 2.5-3 inches. The paint used is an acrylic base with a shellac finish. The finished product is not always smooth. Each carving is hand carved and I have no intention to make it look machine made. Wooden dowels and glue are used to attach the 3-4 piece carving.

Giving Thanks By Pamela Coffman, Own Hands And Yours & Mine
This is an uncut tole painting pattern only. It is not a kit or a completed project. The pattern is from 1991 by Pamela Coffman, Own Hands and Yours & Mine. It comes with the pattern, instructions, and supply list. It has some shelf wear but overall it is in good condition. CONDITION ISSUE: There are a few spots/stains on the lower left corner of the instruction page. They are in the white space and not on the instructions themselves. The patterns are in good shape. Pattern is titled Giving Thanks. The pattern does not give a finished size but by my measurements, it looks to be about 12 inches high.
