Fall Gathering Placemats, Set of Two
The colors of a beautiful autumn day will be in your home all season long with these placemats on display. I always use high quality 100% cotton which I prewash to prevent shrinkage. I use 100% polyester Pellon fleece as the inner batting and the backing is a Robert Kaufman gold cotton. The mats are quilted “in the ditch” (along seam lines) and topstitched around the edges to ensure years of use. They measure ~14” x 20” and are reversible. I take pride in my work and the precision of my piecing. Bun warmers and a coordinating table runner in two lengths are also available.

Each leaf has a hand painted vain running through it. They were machine quilted in a grid patters. Made to use and enjoy, these placemats are completely machine washable and dry in dryer or line dry. Quilted Placemats in Fall Leaves - Set of 4
Decorate for fall with a beautiful set of quilted placemats in colorful leaves of dark red, plum and green. The border is a matching dark green, the binding a complementary tan and green print. The extra pictures show the matching octagon mat and pot holders. The set of placemats features three coordinating fabrics. The center of the placemat is free-motion quilted in a loops and meander pattern. It is completed with a binding which is stitched down by machine. The quilting and binding make the placemat pretty, but also make it very washer/dryer friendly. All fabrics have been washed and dried before cutting. The backing is an off white fabric. Producing the best quality product is very important to me. You will enjoy these for years. Placement of fabric design will vary slightly in each item. Oval Fall Placemats
This is a set of 8 oval shaped placemats is made from an exquisite gold gilded fall print. They are layered with cotton batting and backing and are machine quilted. They measure 10.5” by 17”. They are washable in warm water and can be dried on medium and steam ironed flat on a cotton setting. They will look fabulous as a Fall or Thanksgiving table setting.
Fall Placemats Handmade Quilted Autumn Reversible Set of 4
Beautiful fall prints make up both sides of these 13-3/4" x 18-3/4" placemats. I used 4 different panels and surrounded them with the leaf print which I also used for backing and binding. The panels feature Japanese Maple, Sugar Maple, White Oak and Liquid Amber, and on the leaf print are white oak, sycamore, beech, acorn, chestnut and scarlet oak. Fabrics are from a line called Fall Festival by Jane Maday for Wilmington Prints. There are soft shades of orange, brown, green and tan. Both sides are beautiful with leaves and foliage, so you can mix and match. Gentle wash and dry as needed.

The mats are quilted “in the ditch” (along seam lines) and topstitched around the edges to ensure years of use. They measure ~14” x 20” and are reversible. I take pride in my work and the precision of my piecing. Also of note in this pattern are the fussy cut maple leaf squares in the corners that angle out on the diagonal. A coordinating table runner and bun warmers are also available.
