Add a little sparkle to your Thanksgiving or Holiday table or decor with this upcycled, hand painted leaves plate. Imagine showing off your holiday pie or cake on this unique pedestal! Perfect for traditional Thanksgiving or Christmas serving or New year's parties with it's metallic gold accents. The plate was hand made in 1963 is fully glazed for serving food and signed on the bottom. The heavy cut glass candle holder has been painted gold metallic on the inside and clear coated for protection. The leaves are a medium brown with gold metallic veins. The plate is 10.75 inches in diameter and stands 5 inches tall.

Folk or Dole Style hand painted plate upcycled with a glazed ceramic pot which I have also also hand painted to coordinate with the plate and finish the piece. Both the plate and stand are heavy, quality pieces. The pot is a rich dark blue glaze. The plate is 10.5 inches in diameter and stands 5 inches high. European style scalloped rim 11", contemporary Cake Plate has roots in shapes popular along the Mediterranean coast. It is thin high quality and has an unusual feel without being too modern or too traditional. Painted with a darling whimsical, but still very traditional pumpkins, cornucopia with fall fruits and vegetables, blackberries and fall leaves. The rim of the plate is trimmed in a dramatic hunter green, which finishes the design and brings a wow factor to the whole appearance of the fall theme. Plenty Pedestal Plate with Oak Leaves and Acorns, Vintage, Upcycled
This "Plenty" plate caught my eye as the design includes oak leaves and acorns, something we have an abundance of each fall. I paired this plate with a German Roemer white wine glass with a green stem and base (1970s). Enjoy this pedestal plate at your family dinner or buffet table, on your counter with seasonal items such as pine cones, or at a bridal shower / wedding - on the sweets table. Will be a conversation piece among your family and friends as the food disappears from it. I have been finding unique plates and pedestals for several years now. The most fun is bringing them all out and finding just the right match to make a pedestal plate I would be proud to have out to share with family and friends. My last step is to research each plate and pedestal to find any background information to pass along its new owner. Food is not included.
