The technique I do creates a different look with each vase. I take a plain 7 x 3.25" (3.25 is the top opening) vase and transform it into this glittering beauty. The final coat usually matches the vase or is a complimentary color. It is then sprayed with a high gloss sealer to give it a beautiful shine. I added a beautiful glittered plaid bow in colors that go beautiful together with this piece. It will look beautiful with silk flowers or as a stand alone piece. You can simply use for a decoration and add your favorite potpourri inside

Fall Leaves Vase - Painted textured leaves on glass vase for autumn thanksgiving decor
Colorful autumn leaves are painted onto this vase in a fun and abstract texture to give it life and make it visually interesting. I like to call them impressionistic leaves and they seem to change color whenever you put them in different light (the photos were taken in natural light). The vase is approx. 9 inches tall with a wide opening (approx. 3-4 inches in diameter). You can fit a lot of flowers in this vase or, if you wanted to go with a more fall type of decor, you could fit branches in the vase.

Majolica wheel thrwn pottery vase - hand painted ceramic
Ceramic, majolica vase with autumn leaves, the colors of fall, accented background of cerulean blue, all hand made. The glaze is a semi-gloss earthy orange that deepens in color within the carved lines. This vase would look lovely displayed alone or with flowers.
