This acorn necklace ushers in the coming fall. It is a silver acorn pendant from a California Oak tree.The smooth mirror finish really sets off the texture of the cap. It is just 1 and 3/8th inch from the top of the stem to the tip and about a half inch at the widest part of the cap. The pendant is fine silver .999 pure and hangs from a hidden bail behind the cap on a sterling silver .925 snake chain which is 16" long. If you prefer 18" chain just let me know at check out and I will switch at not extra charge.

To create these sweet acorn pendants, I collect, clean and dry the natural acorn caps. The pendants are created from wire, the natural caps that have been clear coated (or sometimes painted), and a focal bead. I then add a metal leaf charm to a jump ring. These pendants INCLUDE the antiqued copper tone chain as well. The bead for this piece is an orange corrugated (ribbed) porcelain bead.
